Phil Valentine

Phil Valentine is one of the most influential voices in the modern recovery movement. With more than 35 years of experience, he is best known for his 25+ years as Executive Director of the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR). Under his leadership, CCAR became a national model for Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs) and recovery support services.
